Living in the community of Heritage Hills, located in Lone Tree, Colorado, offers a variety of planned and impromptu activities that fit into everyone's lifestyles. When I moved to the community eight years ago, it was a desirable location for me and my wife, Patti, as we are both avid runners and this area was conducive to support our active lifestyle. It is a pleasure to be residents of such a fine community where the homeowners and the association are committed to maintaining a sense of unity and that engages all of the residents in one way or another.
On October 31, 2012, the Heritage Hills annual Ragamuffin Parade will begin at 4:00 pm at the Clubhouse. What great fun it is to see all of the children dressed up in their costumes before they start trick or treating! There are no "tricks" in Heritage Hills, just plenty of "treats" for everyone who lives here.
Heritage Hills is a gated, luxury home community with beautiful views of the mountains and Downtown Denver. Heritage Hills provides a unique array of planned conveniences while preserving the natural amenities the original environment offers. From two recreation private recreation centers, tennis courts, Junior Olympic sized swimming pools, toddler pool, basketball courts and a mini soccer field to an open space preserve with wetlands and a natural habitat with walking and biking trails. All of this makes Heritage Hills one of the best neighborhoods in Lone Tree, CO.
