Congratulations to Ann and Tom on the purchase of their new Highlands Ranch condo! Ann and Tom reside out of stat. Their children reside in South Metro Denver and are expecting a baby in a few months. Ann and Tom wanted a second residence nearby so they can comfortably spend time with their family and new grandchild.
After vetting many properties online, a virtual tour was set up and the property was found to fit their needs perfectly. Their offer was accepted. All contracts and disclosures were shared and signed electronically. The inspection was performed, and report sent online. Closing was performed virtually for everyone’s safety.
