A master plan for a 65-acre regional park is currently being developed. The park will be situated East of I-25 in the newly developed RidgeGate East portion of Lone Tree.
The RidgeGate East plans currently include five different parks. These parks consist of the regional park, recreation center, 58-acres of "Village Parks", 404 acres of open space and 14.5 acres for public space. Also planned are 15.75 miles of regional and local multi-use trails.
The City of Lone Tree anticipates opportunities for citizens to provide their input in the Spring of 2020. These opportunities will be advertised.
The park is anticipated to define the Lone Tree and RidgeGate communities and be a source of pride for many years to come.
