In a recent study performed by Coldwell Banker, Boulder comes out on top of the Colorado most expensive homes with an average list price of $1,044,656. The average list price in Colorado is $418,344. This will be very surprising to many, asking about Aspen and Vail. Coldwell banker did not take these cities into consideration for their study because they did not fit the specifications. In order to be considered, there had to be at least 10 4-bed, 2-bath listings in the area during December 2015 and June 2015.

Castle Rock comes in in second place with an average list price of $666,859, followed by Evergreen with $661,000, Westminster with $561,762 and then Denver with $542,575. The least expensive area is Pueblo with an average list price of $151,708.
