Beginning in late July through mid-August 2013, the Southgate Water and Sanitation Districts will be installing new sanitary sewer lines within the Heritage Hills subdivision. These lines are being upgraded to accomodate increased sanitary flows within the community associated with future development.
One work area is along the edge of the detention pond near the north edge of the subdivision. The other work area is within Heritage Hills Parkway between S. Aspen Hill Drive and S. Hidden Hill Place. This work will be entirely within the paved road. The construction will bring minor inconveniences such as partial road closures, and increased noise and traffic during work hours (Monday through Friday from 7am to 4:30pm).
