Five historic buildings in downtown Denver have changed their owners and the new owners are eager to update them as soon as possible. The Market Center, for example, sold for $29 million to Urban Renaissance Group, who are Seattle based, and they are excited to put a new spin on the 121,000 square feet building. They will be using the same architects that remodeled Union Station and very enthusiastic about changing the look of downtown Denver.
