The Denver real estate inventory of detached single family homes and townhome/condominiums continues to decrease. The existing inventory of detached single family homes for sale in September 2011 is down 6.13% from August and down 28.44% from September a year ago. This bodes well for home sellers.
Condominium/townhome inventory is down for September 8.61% from August and 44.43% from Septeber 2010. Again this is great news for those who want and need to sell a condo or townhome. In fact, there are some areas where I have buyers wanting to buy, but there are no properties for sale.
