December 2012 ended the year slightly down from November in the number of sales, but still 7.73% above December of 2011. CoreLogic reported that Denver saw ten months in a row of price increases through November 2012 and overall home prices were up 9.2% in 2012 from 2011. Forecasts are for continued price and sales increases in the metro area in 2013.
