The highest price sold in September 2018 was $1.32 million down 52.1% from the previous year which was $2.76 million in 2017. In the month of September there were 3,035 closed sales which is a 3.4% decrease from 2017 with 3,142 closed sales. There has been an 21.4% change in days on market between the two years with the average being 51 in 2018 and 42 in 2017.
