Home sales volume for the City of Denver detached single family homes was up 5.2% and up 4.2% for attached homes. The average price of a detached single family home was $714,963, up 9.1% from $655,314 at the end of 2017. The attached home average sales price at the end of 2018 was $405,358, up 7.5% from the $377,156 at the end of 2017. A significant difference was the average days on the market for the month of December for detached homes were up 7.0% while attached homes were up 60%. See the below chart for more information.
