Soon enough it will be tee time for a lot of Centennial and surrounding area residents thanks to Topgolf’s new driving range. The construction is expected to be completed by the end of the summer, a little later than originally anticipated, but the unusually rough weather conditions this winter and spring delayed the opening for a few months.

Topgolf prides itself with being different than your average driving range: with its three levels, 65,000 square feet that features games, food, drinks, sports, music, and private golf lessons for the 215-yard outfield and 102 hitting bays. Each bay has its own LCD TV for guests. And if that were not enough to entertain, guests can visit the lounge which features several pool tables, shuffle boards, and Xbox Kinect games.

It also offers a 3,000 square foot meeting/event space, a rooftop terrace with a fire pit and live music, a full-time service restaurant and three bars.

Topgolf is in the midst of hiring people and they have 450 positions to fill. Positions range from servers/bartenders to maintenance, guest staff and many more.

It has been only a year since this $11 million project started but residents and people that work in the area are very excited about skipping out for a nice round of golf.
