The RidgeGate community in Lone Tree is ever expanding. With the pending opening of the new Cabela's and the other commercial sites that adjoin it, and the expansion of the Sky Ridge hospital, the new NorthSky neighborhood is also now under construction joining the current Montecito neighborhood under development along the bluffs.
NorthSky is a 33-acre home development that recently broker ground but it isn't the last bluff's development. There is another development with 50 home sites in the ravine south of Cabela's and a another parcel with space for about 10 homes east of MacArthur Ranch. The NorthSky and Montecito neighborhoods offer home sites with panoramic Front Range views, not found in many of the other RidgeGate developments.
The bluffs were another selling point for Charles Schwab in its decision to build its campus in Lone Tree, as well as the recently opened Hampden Inn.
These developments are located adjacent to the Lone Tree Bluffs Regional Park which offers 250 acres of open space in Douglas County with trails that include a connection to the East-West Regional Trail, South Suburban Parks and Recreation and the Highlands Ranch Trail System.
