"Managing Your Emotions When Times are Tough"...Today's meeting was another inspirational one. We reviewed lessons from Brian Buffini.  Three areas were covered. 1) Faith, 2) Commitment and 3) Confidence.

Faith is the evidence of things hoped for, and the conviction of things not seen. Faith is believing, then seeing, not seeing then believing. Our Commitment must be stonger than our circumstances. In tough times, perhaps when our business is not going in the direction we would like, our Faith must be stronger than our Fears.

Commitment is dedication to a long-term course of action.  Our commitment must be stronger than our circumstances to stay the course.

Confidence is the fact of being or feeling certain.  In tough times, confidence allows us to take an objective look at ourselves and gives us the opportunity to grow.
