Many homebuyers are not able to find the home for which they are looking! No kidding. Some popular neighborhoods are lacking for inventory of homes for homebuyers to select from. The number of single family homes for sale in Metro Denver decreased again in January of 2012 from the previous month. The inventory went down 5.62% from December and is now 39.07% less than one year ago in January 2011!
If you have been wanting to move, but thought you could not sell your home? Maybe the time has come where you can now take that step. Prices for the moment have remained flat. But will that continue? Typically a decrease in supply, with demand being higher, will mean an increase in prices. So...what is going to happen?
