It is certainly looking more and more like Denver is at the bottom of the housing market for prices and demand. This holds true for homes under $700,000. The upper end maket however has a ways to go espcially homes over $2,000,000. Single Family home inventory in December 2011 for the Denver Metro area was down 36.49% from December 2010. The townhome and condominium inventory is down a whopping 50.44%.
